There comes a moment when life as you’ve known it no longer feels the same. You may not be able to explain it with words, but something deep within begins to stir. If you're reading this, your soul might already be whispering, “You’re awakening.” And I want you to know you are not alone.

I’ve walked this path. At times, it was filled with light, love and the most divine synchronicities. At other times, it cracked me wide open. But every step, every shadow, every truth revealed led me closer to the essence of who I truly am.

Here are the signs you may be experiencing a spiritual awakening, as I’ve lived and witnessed them, not just from books or theories, but from my soul.

1. You Feel Disconnected But Also Deeply Drawn to Something Greater

There may be a sense that the world around you no longer fits. The conversations, routines or even relationships that once felt “normal” might now feel misaligned or draining. It’s not that anything is wrong; it’s that your soul is recalibrating.

When I began awakening, I would cry without understanding why. I felt both alone and connected to everything. That sacred in-between is often where the awakening begins.

2. Your Intuition Becomes Louder

Have you noticed you “just know” things? That gut feeling? The nudge to take a different path? Or those moments where a thought or image pops in and later proves true?

Your inner voice is no longer a whisper; it's a trusted guide. This inner knowing deepened during the Reiki sessions I was holding for others. I’d receive messages, visions or sensations in my hands that I knew weren’t mine, they were for the person on the table. They always came through with such clarity and love.

3. You’re Questioning Everything

What is the purpose of life? Why am I here? Who am I, really?

These questions aren’t signs of being lost, they’re signs of awakening. You’re remembering that you're more than a name, a job title or a role. You’re a soul having a human experience and your soul is ready for deeper answers.

4. You’re Drawn to Energy, Healing and the Mystical

Crystals. Chakras. Reiki. Astrology. Meditation. Maybe even quantum jumping, time travel or past lives.

During my awakening, I was suddenly obsessed with things I never learned in school but felt so familiar. I believe these are the tools we’ve used across lifetimes and in our remembering, we’re drawn back to them like long-lost friends.

5. You’re Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You

Jobs. Friendships. Habits. Even your own beliefs.

Awakening isn’t always gentle. Sometimes it requires endings, grieving the old to make space for the new. I had to learn to say no, to set boundaries, to choose myself again and again even when it was hard.

6. You See Signs and Synchronicities Everywhere

11:11. Feathers. Songs at the perfect moment. A message you needed to hear showing up in the most unexpected way.

Spirit speaks in signs. Your Angels, guides and loved ones are always around you, reminding you: You are never alone. We are here. Keep going.

7. You Feel Called to Help Others

Whether through healing, guiding, teaching or simply being, you feel called to serve in a way that uplifts others. This is the rise of your divine purpose.

For me, it started as a whisper. “There’s more for you.” And slowly, my path opened one client, one message, one miracle at a time.

At the heart of every spiritual awakening is remembrance. Not learning something new but returning to what your soul has always known.

You are powerful beyond measure. You are love embodied. You are here for a reason.
